Hitting Cage "Woody"

We have a new hitting cage at Öveds Polo Club, built in 2024.

This "Woody" is a perfect way of training your hitting technique, regardless if you are a beginner or experienced.

You can practice yourself or book a lesson on woody with our senior trainer Jack Shirley

This woody is ideal for warm-up before getting on a horse or just for practice your technique in general.

This life-size wooden horse is mounted in the centre of a pole, and the ball will returen wherever you hit.

After you hit the ball, it will directly comeback to you, so you have to prepare and be ready for your next shot.
